Emlékek a végekről: harc a lakhatásért – filmvetítés
Szombaton, április 11-én (romániai idő szerint) 19 órától a kolozsvári Căși sociale acum/ Social Housing Now (Szociális lakásokat most) aktivistái online élőben közvetítik Emlékek a végekről: harc a lakhatásért című dokumentumfilmjüket. A film megtekintéséhez szükséges linket a vetítés Facebook-eseményén teszik közzé szombaton.
10 évvel ezelőtt április 11-én a lakhatási jogokért folytatott mozgalom a pataréti roma közösség gettósítésa elleni petícióval indult. A gettósítás jelenségének az okait feltárva, a továbbiakban több szociális lakásért és ezeknek igazságosabb elosztásáért harcoltunk. Követeljük ezeket az intézkedéseket egy olyan városfejlesztési terv részeként, amely az emberek igényeit szolgálja és nem a tőkefelhalmozást, illetve tiszteletben tartja az emberek városhoz és lakhatáshoz való jogát.
Activiștii de la Căși sociale acum/ Social Housing Now vă invită la proiecția online a noului film documentar de a lor, sâmbătă, 11 aprilie, de la ora 19 (EET – Ora Europei de Est). Linkul de accesare a proiecției va fi postat sâmbătă în evenimentul de Facebook.
Acum 10 ani, pe 11 aprilie, în Cluj, mișcarea pentru dreptate locativă a pornit cu o petiție împotriva ghetoizării romilor în Pata Rât. Identificând cauzele acestui fenomen, am continuat prin a milita pentru mai multe locuințe sociale publice și un sistem just de distribuire a acestora. Azi revendicăm aceste măsuri ca parte dintr-o politică de dezvoltare urbană care servește nevoile oamenilor și nu acumularea de profit, și respectă dreptul lor la oraș și la locuire.

10 years ago, on April 11, in Cluj, the housing justice movement started with a petition against the ghettoization of the Roma in Pata Rât. Identifying the causes of this phenomenon, we continued to advocate for more public social housing and a fair distribution system. Today we claim these measures as part of an urban development policy that serves people’s needs and not the accumulation of profit, and respects their right to the city and to housing.
